Choral School Participant Fee
An “EARLY BYRD” choral school fee of $519 is offered
to those registering before May 31. Those registrations postmarked
after May 31 will pay the regular fee of $549. The Choral
School fee includes all sessions, music packets, use of facilities,
refreshments and the evening picnic.
Methods of Payment
Checks should be made payable to René Clausen Choral
School
and mailed to P.O. Box 162, Hawley, MN 56549.
We are unable to accept credit cards. Receipt of your registration
form and a $180 check will secure your housing (if requested)
and serve as your deposit. You will receive a confirmation letter
indicating your remaining expenses (i.e. tuition balance, housing,
credits, meals) which may be paid upon arrival.
Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds (less the $80 cancellation fee) are
honored if received five full working days prior to the Choral
School. However, substitutions are accepted at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel the choral school because
of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
If the Choral School is cancelled, we will refund all registration
fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other costs,
charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges
assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
