Housing and Meals

On-campus

Air-conditioned, on campus housing is available in a variety of configurations. Housing configurations are llimited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Dormitory style rooms have two twin beds with each floor sharing an immaculate bathroom with private shower stalls. Park Region Dormitory is a women's dorm during the school year and was recently completely remodeled. It is a fantastically clean facility.
  • Apartment style housing has one or two bedrooms, a kitchen (no pots or dishes provided) and one or two bathrooms. Apartment rooms may share kitchen and living room.
  • Past participants consistently rate our housing facilities between "Great" and "Excellent."

All housing includes; sheets, pillow, blanket and two sets of towels. We are unable to offer discounts for late arrivals and early departures.

You are welcome to reserve your dorm or apartment for extra nights to accommodate your travel schedule. Regardless of the housing option you select, the price is $43 per additional night. The housing fees above include the evenings of July 19, 20, 21 and 22.

Off-campus

We will be arranging a small block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriot in Moorhead. The rate is $XX per night excluding taxes. Please call 218-284-1000 by July 1st and mention Concordia College Rene Clausen Choral School to secure this special rate. Reservations are accepted after this date subject to different terms.


Meal plan

A meal plan is available for all registrants. The cost includes 4 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners. Restaurants and a grocery store are a 15-minute walk from campus. Eating on campus provides an excellent opportunity to connect with other participants and continue the dialogue.
